OVERVIEW

Welcome to SovaraCraft. This website, https://sovaracraft.com, is operated by SOVARA CRAFT LTD, trading as SovaraCraft, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17486453.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SOVARA CRAFT LTD. “Services” refers to our website, online store and related services.

Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing products from us. They should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you.

You must provide accurate and current contact, billing and delivery information. Please notify us promptly if information relevant to your order changes.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not use another person’s account or payment details without authorisation.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and availability information.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Please check the selected size, colour, model, compatibility and package contents before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification.

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers from warehouses in China or within the destination country. Warehouse availability depends on the product and destination. SOVARA CRAFT LTD remains your seller and your contact for order issues.

Changes to product listings do not retrospectively change the description or agreed terms of an accepted order.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery destination, payment authorisation failure or suspected fraud. If we decline or cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to stop dispatch once processing has progressed. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation or return rights.

1. PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES

The currency and price applicable to your order are shown during shopping and checkout. Please review the order total before submitting payment.

We offer free shipping to destinations supported at checkout.

Applicable taxes that we collect are shown or included as required by law. Where tax-inclusive pricing is legally required, prices must be presented accordingly.

Any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges that are not collected at checkout will be explained before purchase where applicable. Where an exact amount cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will explain the possibility of additional charges. These Terms do not override mandatory tax or pricing rules.

We will not add optional charges without your consent.

You must be authorised to use the payment method submitted. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer and do not reduce your statutory rights.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Shipping from China: 7–12 calendar days.
• Shipping from a warehouse within the destination country: 3–5 calendar days.

Processing time is additional to these delivery estimates. Domestic warehouse availability varies by product and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays, carrier delays and other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery. We will assist with delivery problems and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

For UK consumer orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days of contract formation unless another delivery period has been agreed with you.

Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession. Any different rule for a carrier independently commissioned by you applies only where permitted by law.

1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

These arrangements are additional to your statutory rights.

For eligible UK distance purchases, you generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then generally have a further 14 days to return them after notifying us.

Legal exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any relevant exception will be explained before purchase.

To notify us of a cancellation, email sovaracraft@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name and order details. You do not need our approval or a reference code to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Please contact us for the appropriate return address. Our registered office is not a confirmed returns address.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be made within the applicable legal period, including any standard outbound delivery charge paid. Where legally permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You bear the direct return cost for a change-of-mind cancellation only where this was properly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. We will cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where required by law.

Any deduction for diminished value will be limited to what applicable law permits.

Faulty goods and goods that do not match their description may qualify for repair, replacement, rejection or refund under applicable law. Supplier policies and short reporting deadlines do not remove those rights.

1. WEBSITE USE

You may use our website for lawful browsing, shopping and related personal purposes.

You must not:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the website’s security.
• Access accounts or personal information without authorisation.
• Send spam or publish unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent access restrictions or misuse automated tools in a way that disrupts the Services.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, branding and design belong to us or their respective owners and licensors.

You may view the website and save or print information reasonably needed for your purchases and records.

You may not reproduce or exploit protected content for commercial purposes without the rights holder’s permission, except where allowed by law.

Third-party names, trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

1. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our website may include tools or links provided by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

We do not control independent third-party websites. Please review their terms before using them.

This section does not remove our responsibility for products sold by us or for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SovaraCraft is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SovaraCraft.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SovaraCraft, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SovaraCraft, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Shopify and other service providers process information needed to operate the store, take payments and fulfil orders, as described in the relevant privacy notices.

Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional marketing or non-essential tracking. Those preferences are managed separately.

1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, lawful and based on your own experience. You must have permission to share any included images or third-party material.

Please disclose any incentive received for a review.

By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual property rights.

We may remove unlawful content, spam or material that violates another person’s rights. We will not fabricate reviews or alter their meaning to misrepresent customer experience.

1. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We may correct mistakes in listings, prices or availability.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not require you to accept a higher price or materially changed product without consent.

Any cancellation of an accepted order remains subject to applicable law and your rights to a refund or other remedy.

1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT RIGHTS

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical problems.

This does not reduce our obligations for accepted orders.

Products are subject to applicable legal requirements concerning quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description. No “as is” wording removes those requirements.

1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise required care.

Products are offered for personal and household use. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from commercial use.

We do not exclude responsibility for lost or damaged deliveries simply because we use a supplier or carrier.

1. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or a serious breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction.

Account restrictions do not remove your rights concerning paid orders, refunds or statutory remedies.

1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement, except where required by law.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

Any transfer of our contractual obligations must preserve your rights and comply with applicable law.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them form part of the purchase agreement, together with the product information and commitments provided before purchase. Nothing excludes legally binding statements or statutory rights.

If a store policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law prevails.
